Ordained Evangelist Sandra Rickette has served as the visionary leader of Missing Link Ministries since its founding in 1997. With a passion for empowering individuals and strengthening communities, she has led the organization's growth from a faith-based outreach ministry into a community-based nonprofit focused on outreach, housing support, workforce development, education, resource navigation, and collaborative partnerships.

Under her leadership, Missing Link Ministries has partnered with community organizations, faith-based institutions, and public agencies to provide supportive services, housing assistance, seasonal outreach, and programs that promote self-sufficiency and opportunity. Sandra remains committed to creating pathways that help individuals and families achieve stability, economic opportunity, and generational success.

Together, Gus and Sandra Rickette founded Missing Link Ministries on one guiding question:

"How can we be of greater service to our community?"
